Our Team

Mr. Vetro is an experienced investor and financier. He specializes in structuring and raising growth capital for resource companies. He is currently a partner at Vancouver based merchant bank, Commodity Partners, which co-founded TSX listed K92 Mining Inc. resulting in the renowned world class gold discovery and mining operation at Kainantu in Papua New Guinea. Mr. Vetro is a graduate of UBC with a major in Political Science.

With well over a decade of corporate finance and investment planning experience, Mr. Cotiamco executes capital market strategies that are complimentary to partners and financiers. He began his career as a wealth planner at Scotia Securities before joining Leede Jones Gable, one of Canada’s top rated independent investment firms, where he lead several TSX Venture and CSE listings raising well over a quarter billion dollars.

Sheldon has over half a decade of capital markets experience and has been involved in over $100 million of capital raises throughout his career. Sheldon earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a double specialization in Finance and Business Technology Management from the UBC Sauder School of Business and is currently studying for the CFA Level III Exam.
